Tel Aviv is an expensive city and its real estate prices are no different. In fact, the monthly rent in Tel Aviv takes about 60% of most young professional’s monthly salary, with an average furnished, two bedroom apartment in central Tel Aviv costing 8,000 NIS p/month (excluding utilities and additional fees).

Prices per m2 to buy are the same as in Paris, (so I’ve been told) and the central Tel Aviv market reached sky rocketing prices in 2014 with an average 42,570 NIS p/m2.
